Creating a program
Build a training program from scratch, or fork one from the library.
A program is the content you run live — an ordered set of steps mixing informational slides, polls, multiple-choice scenarios, open discussion prompts, and results reveals.
Fork an existing program
The program library includes programs shared globally (read-only) as well as any your team has published. Open a program and click Fork to clone it into your own editable copy — the original is never changed, and your fork keeps a visible link back to where it came from.
Start from scratch
From the program library, click New program, give it a title, and start adding steps. Each step has a type:
- Info — a markdown-formatted slide, optionally with an image or video.
- Poll — a quick multiple-choice question, aggregated live as participants answer.
- Scenario — a multiple-choice question with a correct or best answer, useful for knowledge checks.
- Discussion — an open-ended prompt with no right answer, just collecting responses.
- Reveal — shows a live bar chart of the group’s answers to the previous step.
Each poll or scenario step can be set to show results privately (only you, the host, see who picked what) or publicly (everyone in the session sees named results) — your call per step.
Once your program has a few steps, you’re ready to run a live session.
