Inviting your team

Every organization in Pulse can have multiple hosts — teammates who can create programs, run sessions, and see each other’s work.

From Settings → Team, click Invite, enter your teammate’s name and email, and they’ll get an email invite. Once they accept and sign in with a code, they show up as an active member of your organization with the same access as any other host — Pulse doesn’t have a separate “admin”/“member” split today, so anyone you invite can manage anything in the organization.

You can see who’s accepted their invite and who’s still pending from the same Team tab. Free plans include up to 2 hosts; Team plans include up to 10; Enterprise is unlimited — see pricing.
